Mitak has been producing high chrome wear-resistant castings for more than 40 years. Most of the alloys it casts conform to various international standards, including DIN EN12513 EN-GJN-HB555, BS4844 Grade 3 and ASTM A532 Class II and III. These alloys typically have a chromium content of 12% to 35% and carbon of 1.8% to 3.5%.
