Flux heating system

Corrotech supplies most efficient flux heating system that uses the technology of heat recovery systems using quenching water. For larger applications we design auxiliary system to generate hot water for heating the flux.

Zinc fume extraction system

Corrotech zinc fume complies with local and global environmental regulations, pollution control norms, ISO limit values and OSHA. Our system is approved and appreciated by all government pollution control boards.

Zinc fume enclosure

Arvind Corrotech design zinc fume enclosure system of two types – a fixed fume enclosure over the furnace and a crane mounted enclosure that travels with the overhead crane. We design fume enclosure with an extraction efficiency of close to 95%.

Acid fume extraction system

Arvind Corrotech acid fume extraction systems are designed to remove and purify the acid fumes from multiple pickling tanks that are connected to a wet scrubber to absorb toxic particles from the air streams using water to scrub the air.

Encapsulated Pickling Room

Corrotech’s acid abatement system is based on enclosing the pretreatment area in a separate room. The enclosed room separates the process area where acid fumes are generated from the surrounding due to pickling process.

Pickling tanks

Corrotech’s range of pretreatment tanks is highly reliable and modular, providing premium quality and robust structure. Based on the industry requirement, we offer pretreatment tanks of specific sizes for degreasing, pickling, rinsing and fluxing of black steel.

Pulse fired high velocity furnace

Arvind Corrotech designs Pulse Fired High Velocity Furnace which is robust, reliable and highly fuel efficient. Pulse firing technology operates the burner at a rate that is very close to the most efficient firing setting and thereby creating an ideal operating condition which consequently provides maximum heat transfer and minimum fuel input.

Hot dip galvanizing plant

Flux filtration system

Arvind Corrotech provides efficient Flux filtration system that extracts the iron and maintains the pH by adding reagents in a continuous cycle. Our system benefits in reducing zinc consumption, ash and dross generation and improves the galvanizing quality.

Chemical storage tank

Arvind Corrotech is a leading manufacturer of chemical storage tanks that are custom designed to suit the process needs. Our tanks are made of anti-corrosive thermoplastic materials that gives long life and is low in maintenance.
